Team Singapore rack up best gold haul ever
Singapore swimmer Quah Zheng Wen (centre) raising his arm in triumph after winning the SEA Games 400m individual medley at the OCBC Aquatic Centre last night. Quah's win gave the host nation its 51st gold medal of these Games, surpassing Singapore's previous record haul of 50 set in 1993. The hosts lead the overall medal table with 52 golds, after the men's 4x100m freestyle relay won the final pool event on the night. They are 14 ahead of second-placed Thailand. Vietnam are third with 33. The Games end on June 16.
