Feeling comfortable, Mr President?
Uruguayan President Jose Mujica's open-toed sandals and ill-fitting clothes are a stark contrast to the formal togs of his Vice-President Danilo Astori (left) and the newly appointed Finance Minister Mario Bergara. Elected in 2009, the man known as the world's "poorest" president eschews all the trappings of power. He donates most of his salary to charity and drives an old Volkswagen Beetle. Under his charge, Uruguay was picked as the Country of the Year by The Economist.
