    Now, you can have authentic Beijing fare at The Grandstand's TungLok XiHe Peking Duck restaurant, a product of the TungLok and XiHe Groups.

    The restaurant's signature dish is its renowned Peking duck. The essence of the roasted duck is its thin and ultra-crispy skin, with the succulent meat adding to the overall flavour. Unique and modern condiments, such as blueberry sauce and pop-rock candy, add vibrancy to the classic dish.

    A speciality of the restaurant is Mrs Zhang's Braised Lion's Head Meatballs. Derived from the family recipe of XiHe Group's executive director, the dish features savoury and flavourful meatballs.

    The fine-dining restaurant also serves other Beijing favourites with a modern twist. Noteworthy dishes include its deep-fried lotus with dried chilli and sauteed prawn balls with tea leaves.

    Festive set menus are available at the beautifully furnished restaurant. Complimentary wine is served along with each set menu. Prices range from around $50 to over $128 per person.
