Life's a party at luxurious La Fiesta

EVERY day is a celebration at festival-themed condominium La Fiesta, nestled in the heart of bustling Sengkang.

Located just opposite Sengkang MRT station, the 13-block project is equipped with amenities such as a 50m swimming pool and a tennis court.

But the defining touch to La Fiesta, which is Spanish for "the festival", lies in its features aimed at creating a luxurious and convivial ambience.

For one thing, the development boasts a 1,000-year-old olive tree - imported from Spain - nestled in one of the themed gardens, called the Millennium Garden.

Residents can opt for an intimate meal at the Candlelight Dining Pavilion, or host a get-together at the Pizzeria and Teppanyaki Pavilion.

One can also throw a lavish tea party at the Tea Garden, which showcases two elegant 15m tables inspired by the Mad Hatter's tea party in Alice In Wonderland.

The Dragon Cavern playground, a recreation of traditional playgrounds at older Housing Board estates, is yet another nook for fun.

With a selection of suites and dual-key apartments, all units at La Fiesta are fitted with European branded kitchen appliances, sanitaryware and fittings.

Linked directly to Compass Point mall via a covered pedestrian bridge, the development will be a stone's throw away from the Sengkang General Hospital, slated for completion by 2018.
