Delicious steaks at Jack's Place
CRAVING for succulent steaks in Bukit Timah? You can find them at Jack's Place at The Grandstand, a lifestyle hub formerly known as Turf City.
Well known for its Western meals, Jack's Place by JP Pepperdine has a selection of tender, juicy steaks topped with your choice of sauces, including sambal, new Asian butter, black pepper and cajun.
The restaurant's signature dish is the Jack's Special Steak, which is a centre-cut tenderloin topped with fresh asparagus and black mushroom sauce, priced at $29.50, before GST and service charge.
If you head down during lunchtime, there are daily deals from 11am to 2.30pm. The deals include a main course, a soup of the day, dessert and coffee or tea. They can be more than 50 per cent cheaper than ordering the dishes separately.
There are also special menus every month.
For this month, there are dishes created by Heman, the executive chef of Jack's Place. These include braised wagyu beef brisket with pearl onions.
Remember to look out for the menu for next month, which will feature Mexican cuisine.
The special menus come with set-meal options. By adding $5.20, you will get a soup of the day, dessert and coffee or tea.
There is also the big-saver meal option - for $9 more, you will get a soup of your choice, a pastry or dessert, and coffee or tea.
