Dancing Crab's signature dish is its Seafood Boil, which comes in various "combo bags" and a la carte options. For example, Combo Bag #01 ($80) consists of a Sri Lankan crab, 300g of prawns, 250g of mussels, potatoes, corn and sausages.
Fresh seafood selections include Boston lobsters ($9.50 per 100g) and Dungeness crabs (seasonal price). Dancing Crab promises that its seafood is fresh, sourcing from the same vendors as TungLok Group's best seafood restaurants.
There is a choice of three delectable sauces to complement seafood dishes, namely the Dancing Crab Signature, Herb Butter and Beurre Blanc sauces.
Flaming Moonshine Tiger Prawns ($8 per 100g, minimum order of 500g) are also a must-try at Dancing Crab. Cooked with alcoholic moonshine, the fragrant dish comes with special sauces. These sauces are wasabi katsuo, sweet wine chilli, and lemon pickled chilli.
