TIRED of the usual Chinese-style seafood? You can try out Dancing Crab by TungLok Group at The Grandstand, which offers Southern Louisiana seafood cuisine.

Dancing Crab's signature dish is its Seafood Boil, which comes in various "combo bags" and a la carte options. For example, Combo Bag #01 ($80) consists of a Sri Lankan crab, 300g of prawns, 250g of mussels, potatoes, corn and sausages.

Fresh seafood selections include Boston lobsters ($9.50 per 100g) and Dungeness crabs (seasonal price). Dancing Crab promises that its seafood is fresh, sourcing from the same vendors as TungLok Group's best seafood restaurants.

There is a choice of three delectable sauces to complement seafood dishes, namely the Dancing Crab Signature, Herb Butter and Beurre Blanc sauces.

Flaming Moonshine Tiger Prawns ($8 per 100g, minimum order of 500g) are also a must-try at Dancing Crab. Cooked with alcoholic moonshine, the fragrant dish comes with special sauces. These sauces are wasabi katsuo, sweet wine chilli, and lemon pickled chilli.

For some sides to round off a meal, diners can try out the Spicy Cajun Fries or Lobster Roll.
