Levi's takes jeans to next level

LOOK out! On Sunday, Levi's will be taking denim to the next level with the launch of the Levi's Revel line.

Denim has come a long way in the past few years, and the Revel line is touted to be revolutionary, with new patent-pending liquid-shaping technology.

Thanks to a proprietary chemical fused into the denim via screen-printing, the fabric stretches in strategic areas, giving lift and support for the butt and legs.

The result? A perfectly sculpted lower half.

The line leverages on the Levi's Curve ID fit system, which was developed in 2010. The system works to ensure that elusive perfect fit in jeans.

The Revel line is available in curve-specific fits - Slight, Demi and Bold.

Each fit is available in a range of finishes, washes and colours, and comes in both skinny and straight-leg openings.

The line is accentuated with design techniques borrowed from the late legendary make-up artist Kevyn Aucoin, with stitching and whiskering that enhance the female form. Contour finishing and strategic pocket placement make for a figure-flattering fit.

The super-soft denim fabric also delivers four-way stretch, ensuring ease of movement and comfort.

Worried that the jeans will stretch out? No worries - they will keep their shape even after a long day of wear or numerous washes.

The Levi's Revel jeans will be launched on Sunday in all Levi's retail stores.
