    Sun may set on slurred songs and boozy nights

    They park themselves at void decks or public parks late in the evening and get a party started. Or they open their cans of beer and bottles of whisky near the Singapore River and sing, argue or fight into the morning hours. The Government plans to put a lid on such drunken behaviour. No-booze zones and shorter hours to sell alcohol are among the steps being considered.
