Psy's back with 2 hit music videos
KOREAN singer Psy once again swept online music charts in South Korea with his new lead tracks Napal Baji and Daddy from his seventh full-length album yesterday.
Other tracks from the album ranked highly as well.
He released a new nine-track album Chiljip Psy-da yesterday, along with music videos for the two lead tracks, breaking a hiatus of three years and five months since his sixth album Psy 6-gap, which contained worldwide 2012 hit Gangnam Style.
In the Napal Baji (Bell-bottoms) music video, the singer dances enthusiastically in various bright-coloured and retro-styled bell-bottoms, showing off his own unique moves.
The clip had over 1.6 million views on YouTube after it was put up on Monday.
Psy's Daddy music video on YouTube scored more than 4.8 million views since Monday.
The dance moves are expected by many to become the next popular dance, following the "horse dance" from his mega hit Gangnam Style in 2012.
Other celebrities also made cameos in Psy's music videos, including 2NE1's CL, singer-songwriter Yoo Hee Yeol and actress Ha Ji Won in the Daddy clip. Other artists appearing on the album are JYJ's Junsu, Zion T, Teddy and Dynamic Duo's Gaeko.
Psy is scheduled to perform at the 2015 Mnet Asian Music Awards in Hong Kong today and showcase his new tracks.
