Emma Watson dates rugby hunk after Will split
HARRY Potter star Emma Watson is now dating a college-rugby hunk, shortly after breaking it off with long-term boyfriend William Adamowicz.
The Mirror reported that the actress, 23, has been seeing Matthew Janney, 21, an Oxford University student.
A source told The Mirror: "It's early days, but they're very much into each other. Matt's a real hit with the girls but he may have finally met his match.
"She doesn't suffer fools gladly. But Matt's a lovely guy, charismatic and intelligent. They make a great couple."
Janney was Oxford's most eligible bachelor, The Mirror said, and was named best-looking player on his team's Twitter account.
Watson, who plays brainy wizard Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter series, is studying English at Brown University on Rhode Island in the United States, but was a visitor student at Oxford from 2011 to 2012.
Just days ago, it was reported that the actress had split with Adamowicz, a millionaire's son, in the summer, despite claims that the pair were close to being engaged.
Watson met Adamowicz, 23, at Oxford in 2011.
She has been linked romantically to Johnny Simmons, her co-star from The Perks Of Being A Wallflower, and George Craig, who fronts indie rock band One Night Only.
She is set to next appear in Darren Aronofsky's biblically inspired drama, Noah.
