How to prepare tea mojito
MALAYSIAN chef Nik Michael Imran created this tea mojito for his latest food programme, Tea Twist.
Here's how you can do it at home.
Lipton Yellow Label Teabag
1.5tbs brown sugar
2tsp lime juice (freshly
Eight medium-sized mint leaves
100ml hot water
1. Steep teabag and mint leaves for five minutes in hot water, covered with a lid
2. After five minutes, remove the lid and spoon out the mint leaves
3. Add in the brown sugar.
4. Stir well and add ice, followed by two teaspoons of lime juice.
5. Stir well. Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges.
