Manulife S'pore wins contact centre award
MANULIFE Singapore has won Contact Centre of the Year (Insurance - Under 20 Seats) in the International Customer Relationship Excellence (CRE) Awards, organised by the Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium.
The International CRE Awards are widely seen as offering among the most comprehensive and respected forms of assessment and recognition in the field of customer services.
