Super-bendy Kerr's impressive Wheel Pose
AUSTRALIAN model Miranda Kerr flaunted her flexibility earlier this week, when she posted a picture of herself in a yoga pose on Twitter.
The 30-year-old bikini-clad mother of one is pictured in a back bend known as the Wheel Pose. The pose strengthens the arms, legs, abdomen and spine, and gives a boost of energy, according to Yoga Journal.
"Stretch it out #yoga #openyourheart #summertime," Kerr wrote.
But is she overdoing it with her workout regime? Critics say that in the picture, Kerr - who is married to British actor Orlando Bloom - looks worryingly skinny.
In a recent report, she said: "I have been working out quite a bit, doing Pilates and yoga and strength training with weights and resistance bands, and I eat super healthy."
Kerr is known to be crazy about fitness.
Her trainer, Mr Justin Gelbrand, known for working with supermodel clients, has said that she can complete a 75-minute workout easily, spending 30 minutes on her legs, 30 minutes on her core, arms and balance, and 15 minutes on stretching.
