Kate swops cardio regime for yoga and walks
MS KATE Middleton is doing her best to stay healthy as she is pregnant with her first child with Prince William.
The Duchess of Cambridge has swopped her cardio workouts for a less strenuous regimen of yoga and morning walks with her dog, Lupo.
"She had a yoga instructor visit her at Kensington Palace once a week," a source said.
She also made sure to keep her diet as healthy and fresh as possible, and enjoyed meals of codfish, chicken or turkey, according to website ShowBizSpy. She snacked on dried fruit and nuts as well.
The duchess has even switched to decaf for her daily coffee, and drinks tea.
"Kate did not like the idea of not drinking coffee," a palace insider said.
